This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by WebSEOContent. Because we provide professional digital services that are customised to each client, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
WebSEOContentAll services provided by WebSEOContent are digital professional services tailored to each client's specific situation. Once work has commenced on a service, the time, expertise, and resources invested cannot be recovered. For this reason, our refund policy distinguishes between different types of services and circumstances.
We are committed to delivering work of professional quality and to communicating clearly if any issue arises. If you have a concern about quality or delivery, we encourage you to contact us before initiating any refund request, as we are usually able to resolve issues directly.
If you request cancellation of a one-time service before we have begun work, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Work is considered to have commenced once you have received an onboarding questionnaire or we have requested access to your accounts.
Once work has commenced on a one-time service, no refund is available for work already completed. If work is only partially complete at the time of a cancellation request, we will assess the proportion of work completed and may offer a partial refund for the portion not yet delivered, at our sole discretion.
If we fail to deliver a one-time service within twice the stated delivery timeline and the delay is attributable solely to us, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request.
Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Each monthly payment covers the work to be performed in that calendar month. We do not offer refunds on monthly retainer payments once the billing period has begun, as resources are allocated and work is scheduled at the time of billing.
The first month of a retainer engagement includes setup, onboarding, discovery, and strategy work in addition to any deliverables specified for the service tier. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work delivered in month 1, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it to a reasonable standard, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial credit toward future services.
For months 2 and beyond, we do not provide refunds on retainer fees paid for work that has been performed or is in progress. If you believe deliverables for a specific month have not been completed as agreed, please contact us within 10 calendar days of the end of that month. We will review your concern and, if valid, provide remediation in the following month at no additional charge.
If you terminate a retainer service during the minimum commitment period (3 months), you remain liable for all payments through the end of that minimum commitment period, regardless of whether you continue to use the services. No refund is available for the remaining period if you choose to stop engaging with us before the minimum commitment is complete.
If WebSEOContent fails to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, and we are unable to remedy the failure within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the undelivered portion of the service.
If you are charged twice for the same service due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 5 business days of confirmation.
If a payment is made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the unauthorised charge and work with your payment provider to resolve the issue.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication and the underlying concern is one that we could have addressed, we may provide documentation to the payment processor demonstrating that services were delivered as agreed. Chargebacks that are found to be unjustified may result in termination of the client relationship and, where permitted by law, recovery of associated chargeback fees.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
